Covenant 11: No Parking

Covenant Reminder

As a reminder, for one of the most commonly violated covenants in our POA, here is Covenant 11 for the Bridgeport POA and applies to all phases of our POA.

No cars shall be parked in the street, except for visitors. Boats, mobile homes, jet skis, unlicensed cars and temporary sheds shall not be allowed, at any time, either temporarily, or permanently.

A visitor can typically park their car on the street for no more than 24 hours. We have noticed more and more cars being parked along New Bridge Road specifically. This road is a VERY busy thoroughfare and it needs to be as free of vehicles as possible.

Just remember to park your cars in your driveways if at all possible to avoid an issue where the vehicle may be hit. Also, when cars are parked along the street, it makes it extremely difficult for some individuals to get out of their driveways. So, please try and keep the roads as clear as possible. We don’t want to have to start fining people because they don’t park in their driveways.
